India is home to the mighty Himalayas. The Himalayas majorly extends over 5 states of India namely Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Sikkim, and Arunachal Pradesh. Out of which the northern states consist of the major treks in the country. According to the number of top treks available in the country, Uttarakhand is the best state for trekking in India. There are numerous high altitude treks that can challenge your adrenaline as well as many low difficulty treks for beginners to make a debut in the Himalayas.
