Where can I rent geared bicycles for trekking in Himachal? How much will it cost?
As a lot of trekkers recommend doing it on foot but doing it on a bicycle is as adventures as doing it the traditional way. And many people want to ride a bike on the mountains and with this as a query, many bike lenders and retailers have got you covered. There are a lot of traders who lend a bike for trekking spread all across Himachal. In almost every hill station present in Himachal, there are at least 2 to 4 bike lenders present there.
Even many hotels and guest houses collaborate with these lenders to provide you with these types of services. So, the nest time you want to ride a bike in the hills, just ask your hotel. Secondly, you can be independent and talk to these lenders yourself as they have their contact information on the internet and can even be provided by the hotels.
These lenders even provide different types of bicycles, be it a geared one, a mountain bike, or a regular bicycle. Their prices range between Rs. 500 to Rs.1000 for a day, depending on the bike you choose.
