What type of water bottle is required for Chadar trek?

For the Chadar Trek, you will have to buy a Thermo flask as a bottle of water for the Chadar trek. The water will indeed be extremely cold or freezing in the night in your regular water bottle. You probably won?t feel like drinking this cold water because, in the extreme cold weather, you?re already feeling chilled. So I think it?s necessary for the Chadar trek to have a thermos as a water bottle.
It is better to maintain one Thermo flask and one ordinary bottle while waking in the daytime. The cooling of warm waterfalls over time, you can combine the water in your regular container. Adding hot flask water will keep the temperature drinkable. Also, it?s better not to include too hot water specifically from the flask, the difference in temperature may choke your throat.
