1. Always try going with a trekking group rather than going all alone. It will help you grow as a person and develop the spirit of teamwork.
2. Do not leave your group during trekking and go with a different route, you might get lost or end up in some trouble you are not prepared for.
3. Pack light. Carry only the most essential things that you will need during your trip. Heavy baggage slows down the speed and can cause back pains or shoulder pains or bone dislocation.
4. Make sure to carry mosquito repellent spray and lotion as you might find various varieties of flora and fauna on your way up.
5. Wear clothes so that your body is covered in the jungle. You need to prepare yourself according to the unexpected encounter with different types of creatures in the jungle.
6. Make sure to carry your id cards and have legal permission while going to an endangered area so that you don?t land up in any official trouble.
