During a trek, one has to maintain the right fitness level. So you could jog/walk/swim and practice basic hands-free exercises at least one month before your trek. A regular workout schedule for a trekker is an excellent habit.
Before a trek, those who are on certain medicines must seek advice from their physician. During the day, meals can be irregular. Drugs can be modified as needed ? Trek in your local environment before moving into the Himalayas. Learning from and improving it is a kind of feedback.
When going on a trek, a list can be made so that essential item cannot be missed. In several situations, other trivial things such as a needle, some thread, knife, a rope, safety pins can be beneficial. Don?t schedule a walk if you?re low on the leaves.
