Planning for a trip is typically not just a piece of cake. But when it comes to planning a first trekking trip, then it is mandatory to keep some essential items.
- Water is the ultimate life saviour. You should carry a water bottle with you.
- Snacks items like dry fruits, energy bars or drinks, chocolates should be kept in abundance to energize your body.
- You should carry a torchlight or flashlight with you to travel during the night.
- It is advised to carry a map of the trekking area. Due to less network, your internet may not work correctly; that's you cannot opt for online plans. Hence, a paper map has been suggested.
- Body lotion-like sunscreen or lip balms should be carried with you to prevent your body from sunburn.
- Hand sanitizer should be kept with you and used before and after your meal.
