A 40-50 liters backpack with a rain-protection cover.
A knapsack, to offload your main luggage.
Good, warm, and basic clothing followed by accessories like gloves, scarves, socks, etc.
A pair of polarized sunglasses and sunscreen for UV protection
A trekking pole
A medical kit carrying all the essential medicines and bandages in case of a medical emergency
Two water bottles, 1 liter each.
A raincoat or waterproof clothes
A flashlight or a head-torch (recommended)
