Trekking is considered to be an exhilarating and thrilling activity that involves physical use of an individual?s body. Along with physical activity, mental and psychological preparation is also necessary in order to successfully accomplish a trek. It provides an individual with a sense of adrenaline rush and excitement which drives them to go for it despite the ordeal that it can cause them. Not each trek is dangerous, but there are many Himalayan and other treks having a high difficulty level which are considered to be dangerous. Trekking of peaks having an elevation of over 15,000 feet is considered to be dangerous and an individual needs to have a previous trekking experience in order to opt for those treks. Irrespective of the danger and risk, it helps an individual to get out of their comfort zone. It even shapes an individual into a more mature human being capable of making quick decisions.
