Published On 17 May 2020 by Harshit Patel

Valley of Flowers trek is a high altitude Himalayan trek situated in the Uttarakhand region of India. It is one of the most beautiful treks in India. The trek duration is of 6 days and the difficulty level is easy to moderate. Valley of Flowers is situated at an elevation of 14,000 feet above mean sea level. There is a high altitude gain and hence the air gets rarified at the Valley of Flowers trek. The Valley of Flowers trek requires a significant level of cardiovascular perseverance. You should start preparing for your trek at least 2 months ahead of time. Start by running regularly. Gradually increase your pace. Prior to the trek, you ought to have the option to serenely run 5 km in less than 40 minutes.
