Kareri Lake Trek is situated at a height of around 9,500 feet in the Kangra area of Himachal Pradesh. It is an ideal end of the week escape on the off chance that you need to turn off from your dull everyday practice and draw near to nature. You will find the melting of snow in the meadows which will be a mesmerizing view. The trek is amazing and accessible throughout the year except for monsoons. Generally, monsoon is not a good time to visit Kareri Lake trek. Late July and early August should be avoided because of landslides in this region. The trail also gets very slippery and hence it proves to be risky for the trekkers.
