How do I survive a moderate trekking trip of 15 days eating only biscuits and packed food?

Published On 01 Mar 2020 by Oshank Soni

That?s not a good idea, I agree.

Typical Indian food consisting of lentils, rice/roti, and cooked vegetables that do not damage your belly. In general, water is the source of the problem. Check that the water is clean. Carry pills of water purification if you plan to drink or boil from kitchen tents in base camps from fresh streams.

It is especially advisable to live with chocolates and biscuits only if it is a modest walk, where you will need plenty of water. High altitude trekking brings a lot of calories, and you need the correct consumption.

Carry essential stomach virus medicines. During the trek to Roopkund, one can experience severe diarrhea. I have taken some recruiting medications, and I have plenty of water, including Oral Rehydration salts (oral rehydration salts).
