How do I become a Trek Leader?
You don?t do it by having a year off of work and going out. You need at least 1-2 years of hard work and training to become a trek member. You only need years of experience to become a pro after you?ve made expeditions that range in complexity and skill.
? The task is simple since the participants are handled together with staff and all activities on the trip.

Oshank Soni : Co-Founder at Trekmunk. Has travelled to 28 Indian States, has led more than 50 high altitude treks in the Indian Himalayas. He is an Investment Banker by profession but a traveller by passion. He has led treks in Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, West Bengal, Sikkim and Nepal.
