Can jog and walk for 5 km in 40-43 mins. Am I fit to go for Roopkund Trek?

Roopkund is a very high altitude trek. This trek demands you to trek for 8 days so you need to have proper physical fitness, lots of stamina and endurance. As there are difficult glacier sections to be traverse in addition to steep climbs. If you can jog and walk for 5 km in 40-43 min, you have good stamina to walk during the trek. But the temperature and steepness play a significant role during the trek which can?t be overlooked. Irrespective of everything, you considered being fit enough to avail this trek.
