Woodland shoes are known for their durability and its innovative technology of being waterproof. But still, they?re not the trekking material shoes as one cannot walk on a wet surface with these shoes on. This shoe is very heavy, has poor grip, very slippery on a wet surface, extremely poor on black ice, however, it is good on fresh snow. Though the woodland shoes are good for trekking in the stone areas where there is no or very little contact with water. But it?s still better to take precautions and keep another set of trekking shoes too that have better grip in the water and are not slippery.
